Clear Creek AZ Information
Clear Creek Pines is made up of 9 units. Units 1 and 2 are along Lake Mary Road, Units 3 and 7 are about 2 miles off the highway at mile marker 300 on State Hwy 87. Units 4, 5 & 6 are located about a half mile above mile marker 301, about a mile and a half out Blue Ridge Drive. Units 8 and 9 are located between mile marker 303 and 304 along Hwy 87, enter Enchanted Lane.
HOA is voluntary. Build on at least an acre up on the Mogollon Rim. Some lots and homes are on shared or private wells, and some require that you either drill a well or haul water from the community well.
If you would like to camp on your property, you will only need to contact Coconino County and get a permit, just one a year and with a self-contained unit only. These are the only subdivisions that allow camping.
