I am proud to belong to Prudential Arizona Properties. We are a wide reaching company with offices in Pine (with my mobile office in the Happy Jack area), Payson, and all over the Valley in Arizona.
For 2007, I am a member of the President's Circle for Prudential, which puts me in the top 3 percent of Prudential Agents Nationally. I also received an award for 2nd place in number of residential sales for the 4rd quarter 2007, for the entire state of Arizona. At our awards breakfast, I received the awards for Top Sales and Listings agent in the Pine office for 2007. Many thanks to my wonderful Sellers and Buyers that have made this possible. I believe that 2008 will be even better!!!!
No matter how bad the news media makes the Real Estate market look, I have still been selling land and cabins in the Happy Jack area. Don't let them fool you. Land is something that is still a great investment.
Eleven years ago, my husband and I moved from Colorado to Strawberry, Arizona. I was repeatedly asked, WHY would anyone move from Colorado to Arizona??? Apparently, they have never seen this beautiful area. The mountains are covered with huge Ponderosa Pines and I have never seen so many stars in the night sky. We can't imagine living anywhere else!
